Refunds
When we refund, and how to ask.
If something has gone wrong with your purchase, email us. We would rather sort it out than have you feel stuck with it.

The short version
This is a digital guide, delivered immediately. Before you pay, you tick a box confirming you want it straight away and understand that doing so ends your right to change your mind once you have downloaded it. That is the trade: instant access in exchange for the cooling-off period.
That said, we refund without argument in the situations below.
We will refund you if
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You paid but never received the guide, and we cannot deliver it to you.
- The file is corrupt or will not open, and we cannot supply a working copy.
- You were charged by mistake — for example, someone else used your card.
In each of these cases email help@alwyntech.lol with your order number. We will refund to the original payment method. Your bank or UPI provider decides how quickly it lands, which is usually a few working days.
We will not usually refund
Once you have downloaded the guide, we cannot take it back, so we do not refund simply because you changed your mind or decided it was not for you. The full contents are described on the guide’s page before you buy, precisely so you can judge that first.
We also cannot refund on the basis that your baby’s sleep did not improve. The guide is explicit that it does not promise that, and it is not a sleep-training programme.
If you have not downloaded it yet
If you bought the guide and have not yet opened the download link, email us within 14 days and we will refund you in full and revoke the link. You keep the cooling-off period until you actually use it.
Your legal rights
Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. If that law gives you a stronger right to a refund than this policy does, that law wins.
How to ask
Email help@alwyntech.lol with your order number and what went wrong. We reply within 2 working days. You do not need to explain yourself at length — a sentence is fine.
