What we collect, and why.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect

Buying the guide requires two things from you, and we ask for nothing else:

• ·Your email address — so we can send you the download link.
• ·Your payment details — entered directly into our payment provider, never into this site.

We also store a record of your order: the amount, the currency, the payment reference, and whether the guide has been delivered. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or date of birth, and there is nowhere on this site to give them to us.

What we never see

Card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs and bank credentials are entered inside the payment provider’s own hosted form. They do not pass through our servers and we could not store them if we wanted to. We receive only a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of third-party services to run the shop. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:

• ·Stripe — takes payment for customers outside India.
• ·Razorpay — takes payment for customers in India.
• ·Supabase — stores the order record and hosts the guide file.
• ·Resend — sends the email containing your download link.
• ·Vercel — hosts the site and processes server logs.

These providers operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Each publishes its own privacy notice and its own safeguards for international transfers.

How your location is used

Our host tells us which country your connection appears to come from. We use it for one purpose: deciding whether to show you the price in rupees or dollars, and which payment provider to send you to. We do not store your IP address alongside your order, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to keep proof of a sale, which is typically several years. Your email address stays attached to that order so we can re-send your download if you lose it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Email help@alwyntech.lol and we will respond within 2 working days.

Deleting your data means we can no longer verify your purchase or re-send your download, so download the guide and keep it somewhere safe before asking us to erase your record.

Marketing

We send you one email: the one containing your guide. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your email address with anyone.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Our payment providers set their own cookies inside their payment forms, which they use to detect fraud and keep the payment session working.

Complaints

If you think we have handled your data badly, tell us first at help@alwyntech.lol. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
