No. Survive the Nights is a digital product. You’ll receive the guide digitally after purchase.
When can I access it?
You’ll receive access to the digital guide after completing your purchase.
Is this a sleep-training program?
No. The guide is focused on realistic newborn sleep expectations, practical night-time strategies and parent recovery during the first 12 weeks.
Is this medical advice?
No. This guide is educational and informational and is not a substitute for personalized medical advice or professional care. If you’re concerned about your baby’s health or safety, contact an appropriate healthcare professional or emergency service.
Is it only for mothers?
No. It’s for parents and partners. The guide specifically includes ways to share responsibilities and support each other through the nights.
What age is this guide for?
It’s designed specifically around the first 12 weeks of newborn life.
How do I get the guide after paying?
The download appears on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed, and we email the same link to the address you gave at checkout. If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.
I have lost my download link. Can I get it again?
Yes, and there is no charge. Email us the address you bought with and we will re-send it. Your link does not expire.
Why am I being shown a price in rupees?
Prices are shown in Indian rupees to visitors in India and in US dollars everywhere else, based on the country your connection appears to come from. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
Is my card safe?
Card and UPI details are entered directly into our payment provider's own secure form — Razorpay for customers in India, Stripe for everyone else. Those details never pass through this site, and we never see or store them.
Can I get a refund?
It depends on whether you have downloaded the guide yet. The refund policy sets out exactly when we refund and how to ask.
